Saudi Arabia's Defense Against Drone Attacks
Cairo: The Saudi Arabian government has reported the interception of drones launched by Iran-aligned militias operating in Iraq.
This announcement, shared via social media on Monday by the Saudi Defense Ministry, follows a weekend where both the US and Iran had momentarily halted their military actions after a period of heightened conflict.
According to the statement, the drones were aimed at critical oil infrastructure located in eastern Saudi Arabia and the nation's capital, Riyadh.
