Hyderabad: To celebrate Dulquer Salmaan's birthday, the team behind the upcoming film Aakasamlo Oka Tara, directed by Pavan Sadineni, unveiled a fresh poster featuring the actor, who portrays a character named Krishna.
Additionally, the production team plans to release the film's first single, Chitti Chitti Cheema, later today as part of the birthday festivities.
The production house, Swapna Cinemas, took to social media to express their birthday wishes, stating, "Today we celebrate the smile, the warmth, and the magic that is @dulQuer. Team #AakasamLoOkaTara / #AOTMovie wishes our Krishna a very Happy Birthday. #AOTFirstSingle out Today. #ChittiChittiCheema #KuttiKuttiPoove #MittaiMazhai #SanSanHawaP. #HBDDulquerSalmaan."
Earlier, the filmmakers had introduced Satvika Veeravalli as the film's leading lady.
Produced by Sandeep Gunnam and Ramya Gunnam under the Light Box Media banner, the film is also being presented by prominent production houses Geetha Arts and Swapna Cinema.
Geetha Arts shared an introduction video of Satvika Veeravalli on Instagram, stating, "She carries a dream bigger than the sky…. Introducing Satvika Veeravalli – The dreamer who gives wings to #AakasamLoOkaTara #AOTMovie."
The introduction video features a child asking, "How do I go to space?" and provides a glimpse of the heroine, showcasing her as a young girl from a rural area who faces discouragement in her aspiration to become an astronaut.
A voiceover remarks, "Coming from a village that has no roads, you harbor plans of going to space? First, show us if you can cross the borders of the village. Then, we’ll see."
This indicates that the narrative will center around Satvika Veeravalli's character, who is the protagonist, as she strives to fulfill her dream of reaching space.
The film features an impressive technical crew, including two-time National Award winner G V Prakash Kumar for music, renowned cinematographer Sujith Sarang, and editing by National Award-winning editor K L Praveen.
The introduction video also hinted that the film is set to release this year.
