**Applications Start on August 15**
Online applications for the recruitment will commence on August 15, 2026, and remain open until 11:59 PM on September 28, 2026. Candidates can apply via the SSO portal—either independently or through e-Mitra and public utility centers.
**Application Fees**
The One-Time Registration (OTR) fee is set at ₹600 for General category candidates and ₹400 for reserved categories and persons with disabilities (PwD). Applicants must be between 21 and 40 years of age as of January 1, 2027. Age relaxation will be granted to reserved categories as per regulations.
**No Educational Qualification Required**
There is no mandatory educational qualification for this recruitment; however, candidates must possess at least one year of experience in sanitation work through a state urban local body, a contractor, or an authorized agency.
**Salary Details**
Selected candidates will receive a monthly honorarium of ₹7,410, in accordance with the Labour Department's notification.
**Selection Process**
Selection will be conducted entirely through a software-based lottery process. Candidates with prior work experience in a local body will be given preference. The department has clarified that each candidate may apply for only one urban local body; submitting more than one application will result in the automatic cancellation of all applications.
