New Delhi: Tom Holland’sSpider-Man: Brand New Day is set to smash records in India, and pre-sales are already skyrocketing even before the release. The upcoming Marvel movie, which is expected to break new records in India, has sold over 2 lakh tickets in advance across the country, making it one of the most awaited Hollywood movies of 2026.
Set four years after Spider-Man: No Way Home, the story follows an adult Peter Parker working alone in a world where no one remembers him, handling changing powers and a strong new danger. The movie officially comes out in theaters worldwide, including India, on July 31, 2026.
Spider-man: Brand New Day advance booking salesWith just three days left before it releases worldwide, the movie has already earned around Rs 25 crore in pre-sales for just its opening day, according to a report by Bollywood Hungama. Early guesses show that the movie has sold about 2.60 lakh tickets in India’s top three big theater chains, and it is likely to pass 4 lakh tickets before it reaches theatres.

Industry estimates suggest the movie’s total first-day pre-sales might reach Rs 35 crore gross. This puts it on track to make Rs 50 crore on its very first day.

As per Sacnilk, the movie is expected to open around Rs 50-60 crore. If it reaches this goal, it could challenge Avengers: Endgame, which made around Rs 65 crore on its first day in India.
