Shoppers at a prominent city mall in Lucknow recently got an unexpected dose of entertainment and environmental awareness as Antaragni , IIT Kanpur , marked World Environment Day with a lively flash mob. Around 45 performers took over the venue with energetic dance routines, drawing cheers, applause and plenty of smartphone cameras. The vibrant performance blended fun with a message, urging people to adopt eco-friendly habits and contribute towards a greener future.
The celebrations didn't end with the music. Adding a meaningful touch to the initiative, organisers distributed more than 200 Tulsi saplings among visitors, encouraging them to take a piece of the green movement home.
With music, movement and a sustainability message rolled into one, the flash mob turned an ordinary shopping day into a memorable celebration of the planet.
