For Fardeen Khan , travel isn't just about discovering new destinations anymore — it's about making memories with his children. The actor, who has reunited with Provogue for the brand's latest luggage campaign, says fatherhood has completely transformed the way he packs and plans his holidays. "Ever since I've become a dad, it's changed," he says, adding with a laugh, "Half my suitcase has medical supplies for my children, in case something goes wrong. When I go on holidays with them, I go very, very prepared. It's me and my two kids, and we take two holidays a year, so I have to think of everything for them."
Despite travelling with more responsibility, the actor says his personal style remains uncomplicated. "I'm a shorts, T-shirts and jeans kind of guy, with lots of khaki. I do have a tendency to overpack, though," he admits. That is also why lightweight luggage has become a priority for him. "I like luggage that is light and not too heavy."
Speaking about reuniting with Provogue after years, Khan says the association feels deeply personal. Having fronted some of the brand's most memorable campaigns in the 2000s, he believes their comeback mirrors his own return to films. "It wasn't just another campaign for me. It's something that's very close to my heart because we had such a defining association in the past. It almost felt destined that our journeys would align again."
Even while travelling, the actor has a few non-negotiables. "My cervical pillow also travels with me everywhere because I find it the most comfortable. The rest depends on where I'm going," he shares. While family vacations currently take priority, Khan admits he misses travelling alone. "I haven't done a solo trip in the longest time. I've just been holidaying with my children," he says. But that may soon change. The actor is planning a solo trekking holiday in Himachal Pradesh after the monsoon and also hopes to explore Kashmir's famed Seven Lakes trek.
