Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are, in fact, each other’s biggest supporters no matter what. During one of her latest appearances, the Duchess of Sussex opened up about her partner and how Prince Harry gave her advice for days when life gets a little harder for her to deal with.

Meghan Markle shares Prince Harry’s advice for dealing with a hard dayThe ‘Suits’ actress recently attended a premiere and Q&A event for her and the Prince’s documentary film, ‘Cookie Queens.’ PEOPLE reported that during the event, one of the audience members asked the Duchess about what she does to deal with all of the hardships and the “tough moments” in life.
Replying to the question, she revealed that her husband, Prince Harry, once shared a piece of advice that she carries with her in all aspects of life. Sharing that his advice has helped her get through the tough times in life, she added, “Funny enough, I was thinking about something my husband told me ages ago, because we all go through experiences and life is full of surprises, but you know, he was a helicopter pilot in the British Army for 10 years. And sometimes on really hard days … he said, 'Hey, but my love, you know, even if there's a storm happening, above the storm, the sun's always shining.’”
This heartfelt advice from her husband has often helped the Duchess through various challenges in life.
