Anti-Paper Leak Bill Clears Parl As Rajya Sabha Passes It Amid Opposition Walkout

The Anti-Paper Leak Bill has cleared Parliament after being passed by the Rajya Sabha through a voice vote on Thursday. Deputy Chairman Harivansh Narayan Singh presided over the proceedings, following which the House was adjourned until 11 am on 31 July. Opposition members staged a walkout during the debate before the legislation was approved.
