There is great news for the lakhs of aspirants preparing to become teachers in Bihar. The long wait for the fourth phase of the teacher recruitment examination (TRE-4) is about to end. The Education Department has sent a requisition to the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) for the recruitment of 32,388 teachers. While making this announcement, Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary described it as another historic gift for the youth of Bihar.

The Deputy Chief Minister stated that the Education Department has forwarded the requisition to the BPSC for the appointment of 32,388 teachers under TRE-4. He remarked that this is a significant step towards realizing the vision of quality education, employment for the youth, and a developed Bihar. The government's goal is to strengthen the education system while simultaneously providing employment opportunities to as many young people as possible. The highest number of vacancies—16,101—has been allocated for teachers of classes 11 and 12. Additionally, a large number of vacancies have been announced for the primary and secondary levels.
