Powertrain and Performance

The biggest highlight of the 2026 Brezza facelift is the introduction of the new 1.0-litre Boosterjet turbo-petrol engine. This unit generates a robust 110 PS of power and 170 Nm of torque, exclusively mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox, and is complemented by Maruti Suzuki's Progressive Smart Hybrid system. It offers an impressive fuel efficiency of up to 20.47 kmpl.

The familiar 1.5-litre K15C naturally aspirated petrol engine continues to be offered, producing 103 PS and 139 Nm of torque, available with both a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic transmission. This engine also features ISG mild-hybrid assistance and delivers a claimed mileage of up to 21.09 kmpl.
