Splitsvilla X6's Anushka Ghosh reacts to Akanksha Choudhary's casting couch revelation; says, 'I know who she's talking about, happened with me too'

Akanksha Choudhary’s recent revelation on Lock Upp has sparked widespread conversation, with several reality TV personalities coming forward to share their perspectives. Among them is Splitsvilla X6 contestant Anushka Ghosh, who reacted strongly to Akanksha’s account and revealed that she could relate to the experience.
In a video shared online, Anushka said, “I know the person she is talking about. I have met him and the first time I met him, I realised his intentions were not good. Something similar happened.” Her statement added another layer to the discussion, as she hinted at facing a similar situation herself.
She also shared a heartfelt note alongside the video, expressing how deeply the incident affected her. “Tears rolled down my eyes when I heard her story yesterday in Lock Upp!” she wrote. Urging people to be mindful, she added, “Before you comment ‘expose the old man’s name’, please think, will it actually solve the issue? It’s high time for all of us to come forward and be there for each other, as even small support would mean a lot.”
During the show, Akanksha opened up about the circumstances that led her to approach a senior personality for financial help. “Mujhe kuch 1-2 lakh chahiye the, for garments, for training fees and whatever else,” she said, explaining that her family was not in a position to support her at the time. She shared that she reached out to someone she had known for years, believing he would guide and help her.
Recalling the incident, Akanksha alleged that the meeting took a disturbing turn. “Jab main gayi, woh aaye. Unhone pehle mujhe hug karne ke liye approach kiya, lekin hug karne ke bajaye unhone mujhe push kiya… aur mujhe grab kar liya,” she said. She further added, “Woh bahut budhe the, toh maine unka haath pakda aur jhatka,” describing how she tried to free herself.
She went on to make a shocking claim about the proposal she received. “Main tumhe itne paise de raha hoon, but in return you’ll have to have s*x with me… ek mahine mein tumhe 5-6 baar karna padega,” she revealed.
