Akanksha didn’t make it to the finale and was eliminated from the show. However, before her elimination, she made a revelation about her life that surprised show host Ritesh Deshmukh, special guest Farah Khan, and the other contestants. Akanksha claimed that she had allegedly faced a casting couch situation while participating in beauty pageants.
Money was needed for beauty pageant
Akanksha Chaudhary explained that when she was participating in beauty pageants, her financial situation wasn’t strong. Preparing for the pageant required significant expenses like garments, grooming, and training, which her family couldn’t afford. She said, “At that time, I needed around one to two lakh rupees. My family couldn’t afford that much money, so I decided to seek help.” According to Akanksha, she contacted someone from the pageant industry, whom she had known for many years and who had also served as a judge in several competitions.
Financial help was sought in exchange for a job
Akanksha explained that she trusted the man, who had previously helped several participants financially. So, she politely asked for his help. She said, “I told him that if he could help me financially for the next two to three months, I would take a job with him in return. Right now, I only need one to two lakh rupees.” According to Akanksha, the man initially immediately agreed to help and invited her to his home.
