New Delhi: Thalapathy Vijay’s Jana Nayagan has once again regain momentum at the box office after it witnessed a brief slowdown during its first week of its release.

According to trade tracker Sacnilk, the film has collected Rs 7.80 crore net in India on Day 10 and Rs 10.70 crore on Day 11 in India. Now, the film is closer to the Rs 300 crore mark at the worldwide box office.

According to Sacnilk, the film collected Rs 175.60 crore net and Rs 204.92 crore gross in India so far. The film earned Rs 3 crore overseas on Day 11, taking the overseas gross to Rs 91 crore. The film’s worldwide collection now stands at Rs 295.92 crore.

On its Day 11, the frilm was screened in 4,321 shows across India and the Tamil version collected Rs 9.75 crore. The Hindi version earned Rs 85 lakh, while the Telugu version minted Rs 10 lakh. Tamil Nadu collected Rs 10 crore in gross collections on Sunday.

On the other hand, Karnataka contributed Rs 75 lakh, while Kerala a added Rs 50 lakh. Andhra Pradesh and Telanagana, together, collected Rs 15 lakh, while the rest of India contributed Rs 1 crore, taking the India gross total to Rs 12.40 crore for Day 11.

The film collected Rs 153.55 crore during its opening week and went on to earn Rs 4.05 crore on its second Thursday, Rs 7.80 crore in the second Saturday and Rs 10.70 crore in its Day 11.

Jana Nayagan is the official remake of the 2023 Telugu film, Bhagavanth Kesari, which is headlined by actor Balayya. Directed by H Vinoth, the film stars C Joseph, Nassar, Prakash Raj, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Narain, and Priyamani, among others.
