Price Hike: Two TVS electric scooters get expensive, learn about variant-wise price changes

Price Hike: TVS Motor Company has increased the prices of its electric scooter portfolio. The company’s popular TVS iQube and TVS Orbiter are now more expensive than before. The new prices have been implemented with immediate effect. Let’s find out how much each variant has increased in price.

TVS iQube Price Hike
The company has increased the prices of different variants of the TVS iQube by ₹500 to ₹10,400.

iQube 2.2 kWh – ₹500 increase
iQube 3.1 kWh – ₹1,650 increase
iQube 3.5 kWh – ₹3,900 increase
iQube S 4.7 kWh – ₹3,000 increase
iQube ST 5.3 kWh – ₹10,400 increase

TVS Orbiter also gets more expensive
TVS has also significantly increased the price of its other electric scooter, the Orbiter. The price of its different variants has been increased by ₹7,000 to ₹13,580.

Orbiter V1 (base variant) – ₹7,000 increase
Orbiter top variant – ₹13,580 increase

What is the new price now?
Following the price revision, the starting ex-showroom price of the TVS iQube has become ₹1.15 lakh, while the price of its top variant has reached ₹1.72 lakh.

The starting ex-showroom price of the TVS Orbiter is ₹95,000, while the price of its top variant has become ₹1.18 lakh.

Impact on customers
After the new prices come into effect, customers will have to pay more than before to purchase both TVS electric scooters. However, the company has not shared any official reason behind the price increase.
