The tadka of Indian thecha, the taste of Chinese noodles! Once you try it, you won’t forget it.
200 grams of Hakka noodles or any other type of noodles
A little water to boil the noodles
1 teaspoon white salt
1 tablespoon oil to add to boiling water
10-12 chopped green chillies
10-12 cloves of garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons peanuts, raw or roasted
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger-garlic
1 medium onion, chopped lengthwise
1/2 cup carrots, chopped lengthwise
1/2 cabbage finely chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
A handful of finely chopped coriander leaves , for garnish
