Shah Rukh Khan: A big news is coming about Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan ‘s Mannat. Shah Rukh Khan has got a big relief from the Supreme Court. The way is now clear for the construction of two additional floors at his famous residence ‘Mannat’ in Mumbai. The Supreme Court has refused to interfere with the decision of the National Green Tribunal (NGT) by dismissing a petition challenging the Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) approval.

A bench headed by Chief Justice Suryakant dismissed the appeal filed by Mumbai-based social activist Santosh Daundkar. In this appeal, the CRZ clearance granted by the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) to ‘Mannat’ for construction of the seventh and eighth floors was challenged. However, the Supreme Court upheld the NGT’s decision and gave relief to Shah Rukh Khan.

Shah Rukh Khan bought the bungalow ‘Mannat’ in 2001 for around Rs 13 crore. Today, the price of this luxurious bungalow is estimated to be around Rs 300 crore. Hundreds of fans are seen thronging outside this bungalow every day, which is the most talked about and a center of attraction for fans in Mumbai.

Another special thing about ‘Mannat’ is its attractive nameplate. This nameplate has been designed by Gauri Khan and according to Magicbricks, the price of this nameplate is ₹25 lakh. It has become so expensive because of the diamonds embedded in the nameplate.

Meanwhile, according to the Hurun India Rich List 2025, Shah Rukh Khan’s total wealth is estimated to be around Rs 12,490 crore. Apart from films, his income also comes from advertisements, various business investments and his stake in the IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).
