The valuation is understood to be around £75 million. With Al Hilal now firmly in the picture, Everton are under no pressure to reduce their demands or agree to deferred-payment structures, including one proposed by Manchester United.
There are indications that the transfer could be wrapped up within the next few days as the Saudi side look to build a squad capable of winning both the league title and the Asian double.
