Leap India IPO: Company enters market to raise ₹2,480 crore

The initial public offering (IPO) of Leap India Limited, a supply chain management company, will open on August 7, 2026, and close on August 11. The company has set a price band of ₹151 to ₹159 per share with a face value of ₹1. Investors will be able to bid for a minimum of 94 equity shares and in multiples of 94 thereafter.

The IPO consists of a fresh issue of ₹480 crore and an offer-for-sale of ₹2,000 crore from promoter Vertical Holdings II Private Limited and KIA EBT Scheme 3. The company will use the ₹360 crore proceeds from the fresh issue to repay or prepay debt. Leap India, launched in 2013, operates on a “share and reuse” model.

 As of March 31, 2026, the company had 14.7 million assets, over 10,100 customer touchpoints, and over 1,000 customers. In Q2 26, the company’s total revenue was ₹747.36 crore, EBITDA was ₹378.83 crore, and PAT was ₹62.34 crore. The company’s shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE.
