Petrol Diesel Price Today: Fuel prices remained unchanged across India on August 5th, after falling last week amid US-Iran tensions. This decline was driven by hopes that shipping through the Strait of Hormuz would eventually resume.

Petrol and diesel prices have remained stable since May 25th. At that time, state-owned oil marketing companies (OMCs) increased petrol prices by ₹2.61 per liter and diesel prices by ₹2.71 per liter.
