Pakistan is about to lose the largest part of its country after Bangladesh. After a long bloody struggle, an independent Balochistan is finally going to be created. A statement was recently issued to this effect. In which the next August 11 has been declared as the Independence Day of Balochistan. The Baloch people have been requested to celebrate this special day. Not only that, but the world has been requested to support an independent Balochistan.
Baloch Liberation Army leader Mir Yar Baloch said that all the citizens of Balochistan have been requested to hoist the flag in their homes on August 11. In addition, the flag of the Republic of Balochistan will be hoisted in neighborhoods, markets, shops and populated places. The Baloch leader also said that from now on, August 11 will be celebrated as Independence Day every year. Even the Baloch people living abroad have been requested to celebrate this day.
Balochistan was declared the first independent country after breaking the British shackles on August 11, 1947. The issue was also highlighted in the international media. History says that India and Pakistan were not divided at that time.
Attacking Pakistan, Mir said that Pakistan’s policy has had a devastating impact not only in the region but also abroad. Be it the atrocities in occupied Kashmir, military operations in Balochistan, participation in the Soviet-Afghan war, or nuclear tests, Pakistan’s policy has only caused bloodshed. It has spread violence in the world. Balochistan will never be able to progress with Pakistan. Therefore, the entire world should support Balochistan as an independent state, so that peace can be established in the region.
But why did Balochistan choose this day as its Independence Day? Because, on August 11, 1947, Balochistan was declared the first independent country after breaking the British shackles. The issue was also highlighted in the international media. History says that India and Pakistan were not divided at that time. Later, Pakistan became independent on August 14 and India on August 15. Based on that past history, August 11 was declared Balochistan’s Independence Day.
It is worth noting that the Baloch Liberation Army has been fighting for a long time to break the shackles of Pakistani rule in Balochistan. Despite fighting with a large army, the Pakistani army is having to endure a lot in this region. In this situation, Islamabad is trying to extinguish the fire of rebellion by resorting to inhuman atrocities such as reprisals, murders and rapes. Balochistan has become more turbulent especially since the construction of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. It is alleged that the Pakistani administration is practically looting the mineral-rich province. In return, the Baloch people have only received torture and poverty. In protest against this, the people there have fought to the death for freedom. Finally, Pakistan’s concern has increased with the declaration of independence of Balochistan. Because, if Balochistan becomes independent, Pakistan will lose another large part of its country after Bangladesh in 1971.
