Ingredients for making Green Pea Tikki Chaat

- 3-4 tbsp ghee, 1 inch chopped ginger, 3 chopped fresh green chillies, 2.5 cups fresh green peas, half tsp asafoetida, half tsp chaat masala, half tsp dry mango powder, 2 tbsp coriander and mint leaves, ghee for frying

How to make Green Pea Tikki Chaat?

- Step 1: To make green pea tikki chaat, heat ghee in a pan. Add ginger, green chilies, green peas, and asafoetida and sauté over medium heat. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Once the green peas are cooked, mash them well with a spatula. Transfer them to a bowl and let them cool. Then, add chaat masala, dry mango powder, coriander leaves, and mint leaves, and mix everything thoroughly.

- Step 2: Now take a portion of the mixture and shape it into tikkis, repeat the same process for the rest. Then heat ghee in a pan and fry the tikkis in hot ghee on medium flame till they turn golden brown and crisp on both the sides.

- Step 3: Now, garnish it with curd, tamarind chutney, green chutney, red chilli, sev, coriander and serve hot.
