If your kids happily eat outside food but make faces at the sight of homemade roti and sabzi, you can prepare this special dish for them. They will love this breakfast recipe. The special thing is that you can easily prepare it with just roti, paneer, cheese, and some vegetables. This way, they get a healthy home-cooked meal, and your kids will happily eat it. It also gives them the same delicious taste of outside food that makes them crazy. This is such a delicious breakfast that even adults will love it. So, let’s quickly note down the recipe.

quick breakfast made from wheat flour

Step 1:  Knead the dough like you would a regular roti. You can also use leftover dough. Now roll the dough into a large roti-like round shape. Second, gather the ingredients you’ll need. For this, take finely chopped onions, finely chopped bell peppers, some corn, cheese, paneer, and pizza sauce. For seasoning, use pizza seasoning or pasta seasoning. Those who like spicy food can also add some chili flakes.

Second step-  Now take a pan and place the rolled roti in the middle. Do not turn on the gas yet and if you have turned it on then keep the flame at the lowest. Now apply pizza sauce on the roti. Add some chopped capsicum, chopped onion, corn. Sprinkle grated paneer and cheese on it. Now sprinkle seasoning and chili flakes on it. Fold the roti in the middle from one side, then from the other side and then fold it from the remaining edges as well. You have to prepare it like layered square parathas are made. Or you have ever eaten zingy parcels and square patties.

Step Three:   Apply butter or ghee to the top and toast it, turning it over in the pan. Turn it over and apply butter to the other side. Bake over medium heat until crispy, then remove and cut into triangular shapes. Kids will beg for more as soon as they eat it. This is such a delicious and cheesy recipe that you won’t be able to resist.

If you want to make a larger quantity of this snack, you can prepare the entire snack in this manner by placing it on a rolling board or a plate. Then, bake it in a pan with less oil or butter, like a paratha. Be careful not to deep fry it, as this can cause the snack to burst and the cheese to spill out. Therefore, bake it in a pan, like a paratha, on both sides.
