Tottenham are planning an ambitious £125 million double move for Manchester City winger Savinho and Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson. After already reshaping their defence and midfield, Spurs are now focusing on a major revamp in attack ahead of the new Premier League season.
Tottenham target £125m double attacking move
Spurs are preparing a huge combined outlay of £125 million to sign City winger Savinho and Chelsea forward Jackson. The north London club are keen to completely rebuild their attack after earlier additions in defence and midfield. Tottenham are ready to spend £60m on the Brazilian winger, along with £65m for the 25-year-old Senegal international striker.
Savinho agrees terms after Gakpo setback
According to Fabrizio Romano, Tottenham have already agreed personal terms with Savinho. The winger has formally asked to leave City so that he can play under head coach Roberto De Zerbi. Discussions between the two clubs are moving forward, with City insisting on their full £60m valuation. The Cityzens have also made any final green light dependent on bringing in a replacement in the transfer market first.
Tottenham switched their attention to Savinho after Liverpool firmly refused to enter talks over first-choice target Cody Gakpo. The Reds turned down every approach as they looked to preserve depth in their forward line.
Jackson targeted to solve centre-forward search
After facing problems in landing a second wide attacker, Tottenham redirected their efforts towards signing an established central striker. Spurs have now made contact regarding Jackson, who has been valued at £65m by Chelsea following Danny Welbeck's arrival at Stamford Bridge.
The 25-year-old spent last season on loan at Bayern Munich, where he was used mainly from the bench. As per Daily Mail, Jackson is now keen on sealing a permanent transfer to secure regular first-team football. With six strikers currently in their squad, Chelsea are prepared to sanction Jackson's exit if Spurs match their asking price.
Key August deadlines loom for Spurs
Tottenham officials are due to hold a formal meeting with City executives during the second week of August 2026. The Spurs hierarchy want to complete the agreement for Savinho before 10 August. Once the Brazilian's transfer is finalised, Tottenham will immediately lodge their official opening bid of £65m with Chelsea for Jackson.
De Zerbi and the Tottenham board are pressing to get both deals done before the Premier League season begins so that their rebuilt frontline is ready.
