What's The 'Kya Bolti Public' Campaign?

CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke, for the past few days, has been talking about a new campaign named the "Kya Bolti Public" campaign. As the name suggests, the party wants to know what the Indian public is exactly asking for.

"Education reform will be our first issue that we are going to take up. We believe education has become unaffordable in the country. Annual fees are in the range of Rs 1 lakh to Rs 2 lakh for Class 1, over and above the donation money," Dipke added.

The Boston student stated that the CJP wants to ease the burden of middle-class and lower-middle-class families, who often go beyond their limits, to provide better education to their children.

'Not Becoming A Political Party'

As the CJP announced the launch of a nationwide membership drive through the organisation's website, the newly declared co-convener Saurav Das said that the outfit would continue functioning as a public pressure group instead of entering electoral politics.

"People want the CJP to be a political party. But at this time, adding one more political party will not be useful. Instead of spending energy there, we will work at the grassroots level as awakening happens there. We will not transform the CJP into a political party at present," he said.
