They followed in the footsteps of their mother, the veteran actress Sharmila Tagore, and became actors in the Hindi film industry. However, Saif Ali Khan’s other sister, Saba Pataudi, kept herself away from the showbiz. In fact, she never got married. Currently, Saba is 50 years old and is a professional jewellery designer. In a recent interview, Saba revealed the real reason behind not getting married. She also confessed that she had almost married at 19 to a man hailing from Kolkata.

While speaking about almost getting married to someone at 19, Saba Pataudi revealed, “Though at 19, I almost did marry someone in Kolkata whom I had been introduced to. But that didn’t quite work out. I wasn’t really ready for it." The actor’s sister also shared that she was open to marriage late but never found an ideal partner. She didn’t find anyone who was truly compatible. She wanted someone to be exactly like her late father, Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi.

Saba Pataudi was born on May 1, 1976. She is a jewellery designer. According to her Instagram bio, she is also a tarot reader and spiritual healer. Apart from that, she is the Chief Custodian of the Royal Endowment Trust, Bhopal. Saba is very active on social media. She often shares pictures from family events.
