Lokesh Kanagaraj and Wamiqa Gabbi starrer DC, released on Friday, August 7, has opened its theatrical run with a decent first-day performance at the worldwide box office. The film marks Lokesh's debut as a lead actor and is loosely adapted from Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay's 1917 novel Devdas.
Anirudh Ravichander's music generated strong pre-release buzz, while netizens have praised Lokeshand Wamiqa's performances, with the soundtrack also receiving significant appreciation.
