iQOO is expected to add more devices to the Neo smartphone series with the arrival of the new iQOO Neo 11 Ultra, slated for an official unveiling in China on August 10. The manufacturer has already confirmed the launch date, while leaked photos and reports have revealed some information about the new smartphone.
The Neo 11 Ultra is expected to focus heavily on performance and battery life, with reports pointing to a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and a massive 9,000mAh battery.
The iQOO phone has also appeared in benchmark and certification databases, giving a clearer idea of what iQOO could offer with its latest Neo-series device.
iQOO Neo 11 Ultra Launch Date Confirmed
According to iQOO, the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra will be officially launched in China on August 10. This was revealed by the iQOO Neo product manager, Hui Huizi, on Weibo.
The phone has been officially named and the launch date confirmed by iQOO; however, the specifications, pricing, and availability have not been officially announced yet. Therefore, most of the hardware details currently available regarding the phone have been leaked, certified, and listed on benchmarking sites.
Interestingly, the phone was previously expected to launch under the iQOO Neo 11S name. But recently, the company revealed that the upcoming phone will feature the premium name of Neo 11 Ultra.
Dimensity 9500 Chipset and Up to 16GB RAM
Performance is expected to be among the standout features of the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra. The device was discovered on Geekbench with the model number V2545A; it was associated with a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip.
Reports suggest that the phone could use a customized version of the octa-core Dimensity 9500 processor. The leaked configuration includes four efficiency cores clocked at 2.7GHz, three performance cores at 3.5GHz, and a prime core reaching up to 4.21GHz. However, these specifications have not yet been officially confirmed by iQOO.
Also, the Geekbench listing indicated 16GB of RAM and Android 16. There is another leak that hints that the phone will come in several configurations – 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+256GB, and 16GB+512GB.
9,000mAh Battery and 100W Charging
Another important feature could be the Neo 11 Ultra’s battery capacity. According to several sources, this smartphone will have a 9,000 mAh battery, which will make it one of the largest batteries ever used in a phone from the iQOO Neo series.
The handset has also been linked to 100W wired fast charging. The same model reportedly appeared on China’s 3C certification platform with a 100W charger. Wireless charging, however, is reportedly not expected.
Since the battery and charging details have not been fully confirmed by iQOO, they should still be treated as reported specifications until the official launch.
6.83-Inch 2K OLED Display Expected
The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.83-inch flat OLED display with 2K resolution. It has been rumored that the phone will also have an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor in the display.

This smartphone will reportedly run OriginOS 6, which is built on Android 16. None of the above information has yet been confirmed by iQOO.
Leaked Images Reveal a New Camera Design
Real-life images have surfaced on Chinese social media sites, offering a peek at the design of the Neo 11 Ultra. These leaks include photos of the smartphone in Wind Chaser and Light White variants.
One of the most noticeable changes is the rear camera module. Unlike the Neo 11’s vertically oriented camera design, the Neo 11 Ultra appears to feature a horizontal camera module with an LED flash. The leaked images also show a label carrying the model number V2573A.
The camera specification details are yet to be confirmed. Reports suggest that it may come with a 50-megapixel and 8-megapixel dual-camera module like the Neo 11.
Metal Frame and IP Rating Expected
The Neo 11 Ultra phone is also expected to come with a metal mid-frame along with IP68 certification for its water and dust resistance. According to leaks, the phone is expected to have IP68/69 certification, but according to My Mobile India, the certification is IP68. This needs to be clarified by iQOO.
Since the launch of the device is only a few days away, iQOO is likely to announce more specifications and pricing very soon. Currently, the only known detail about the upcoming launch is that it will take place on August 10 in China, while all other specifications are reported through leaks and rumors.
Conclusion
The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra is shaping up to be a performance-focused smartphone, with a reported Dimensity 9500 chipset, a large 9,000 mAh battery, 100W charging, and a 2K OLED display.
Other leaked renders have revealed that the upcoming smartphone could have an updated rear camera unit design. Although none of these features have been officially announced by iQOO, the company has stated that the Neo 11 Ultra will hit shelves in China on August 10.
