You’ve likely heard plenty of news about arguments and fines over train tickets, but a video that’s gone viral on social media gives the whole issue a very emotional twist. In the video, a sketch artist is seen traveling in a sleeper coach with a general ticket.

During ticket checking, the TTE asks for his ticket. The passenger shows his general ticket, after which the TTE issues a fine as per railway regulations. The passenger pays the fine without any argument. The TTE accepts the payment via the railway QR code on his tablet and then moves on.

After the TTE issues the fine, the passenger creates a sketch.

After the TTE leaves, the passenger suddenly gets an idea. He memorizes the TTE’s face and begins sketching him on paper. Within a short time, he creates a beautiful sketch resembling the TTE’s photo. It’s reported that the sketch artist is Akash Selvarasu, who has a large following on Instagram.

When he approaches the TTE again and shows him his sketch, the TTE is initially surprised. He asks if it’s his own. When the passenger agrees, the TTE happily shakes his hand and makes a small request to improve the sketch. The artist then gifts him the sketch.

Sketch TTE Gets Emotional, Tears in His Eyes

The most emotional moment in the viral video comes when the TTE poses for a photo with the artist holding the sketch. Tears are visible in his eyes. Social media users are reacting differently to the TTE’s expression. Many say that the TTE was simply doing his duty and the passenger followed the rules and paid the fine.

Even after this, instead of holding a grudge against the TTE, he honored him through his art. Akash Selvarasu, using this incident, invoked the teachings of Jesus Christ that despite being hurt by the behavior of others, one should choose the path of kindness and goodness. The video has received millions of views and likes on social media.
