Shravan month is on and when Mahadev showers his blessings, this happens. It has never happened before for anyone – actor or politician – in this country. Pagalpan hai! People speak anything to become popular and my maun vrat became even more popular.”

Even the BJP handle, Delhi Police and Maharashtra Government have made memes. In a Hindustan Times interview, Ravi Kishan called the unexpected trend completely different, describing the overwhelming response as pure madness everywhere. ” He attributed the sudden popularity to the blessings of Mahadev, especially as the holy month of Shravan is currently underway. The actor and politician added, “Yeh kuch alag hi khel chal raha hai, yeh pagalpan hai! It has never happened before for anyone – actor or politician – in this country. It is madness. People say all sorts of things to become popular, and my vow of silence became even more popular.”

Ravi said he was enjoying how the meme trend had grown organically without any effort from his side. He noted that even official social media handles, including the BJP, Delhi Police and the Maharashtra government, had joined the trend by creating their own meme versions. The Maa Behen actor added that he had been following these posts and interacting with them regularly. 

He credited Gen Z for embracing him and said their affection helped people discover his personality beyond his work. According to him, audiences connected with his honesty and flaws. However, the Laapataa Ladies actor admitted that the sudden attention overwhelmed both him and his family. He added that his deep faith in Mahadev had helped him remain calm and grounded despite the rapidly growing frenzy across social media platforms.
