Samajwadi Party MP Dimple Yadav’s unique and surprising style is becoming a topic of discussion these days in Uttar Pradesh politics. Amidst the ongoing political uproar in Parliament, Dimple Yadav arrived with a container full of milk as part of a unique protest and directly took a dig at Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Her unique style quickly spread like wildfire on social media and in political circles.
Sarcasm on the statement ‘milk is milk and water is water’
Speaking to the media in the Parliament complex, Dimple Yadav said that this milk is for the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, who had recently made a strong statement on the alleged theft of offerings to the Ram Temple, saying that “the truth will come out of this matter.” Citing this old statement of CM Yogi, Dimple Yadav took the government to task. She also sarcastically asked, “If everything is being investigated, then the government should reveal whether the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is registered or not and where does the huge amount of money it receives to run it?” Her protest comes at a time when political heat is running high in Parliament regarding the FCRA bill.
Dimple Yadav slammed the government over the FCRA bill.
During the debate on the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) bill in Parliament, Samajwadi Party MP Dimple Yadav sharply criticized the central government. She leveled serious allegations, saying that this new bill is an attempt to pressure various NGOs and social organizations in the country. She expressed concern that it could lead to the confiscation of valuable land and the restriction of donations from abroad for the welfare of minorities.
Asking the government a direct question, Dimple said, “If other organizations are being rigorously investigated under the FCRA, what is the current status of the RSS? Is it registered under this law or not? We demand a clear answer from the government.”
BJP MPs hit back, saying – instead of protesting, point out the shortcomings
Bharatiya Janata Party leaders have also strongly retaliated to these sharp attacks by Dimple Yadav and the opposition. BJP MP Ashok Mittal, while attacking the opposition opposing the FCRA bill, said that opposition alone cannot solve any problem. He challenged the opposition to come forward and openly point out the shortcomings within the bill.
Also speaking on the issue of delimitation, he said that the government is moving rapidly towards ensuring proper representation of women in the country by reserving one-third of the seats in the Parliament and Legislative Assemblies, hence it is not right to stop this historic step to women’s rights. Meanwhile, another BJP MP Sanjay Jaiswal expressed his deep disappointment over the continuous uproar being created by the opposition in the Parliament. He said that the main objective of this proposed FCRA bill is to ensure that funds coming from abroad in the name of social service are used only for the noble cause for which it has been sent.
Dimple Yadav’s new and aggressive political stance
MP Dimple Yadav’s new and outspoken political stance in Uttar Pradesh politics is garnering considerable attention these days. Sometimes she appears at a youth protest and stands like a rock in front of the police, or sometimes she carries a donation box in the Parliament complex, sarcastically criticizing the government and collects up to 47,000 rupees in donations. Now, by arriving with a milk carton for Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and strongly rebutting his “milk is milk and water is water,” a major shift in her political style is clearly visible. Through these unique and sharp methods of protest, Dimple Yadav continues to make national headlines.
