Sunita Ahuja has once again addressed the long-running speculation surrounding her husband, actor Govinda, and his alleged romantic relationships. The issue resurfaced after  announced his upcoming film Roopa, which stars newcomer Komal Rani Swarnkar. Sunita has previously spoken about rumours of   alleged affairs, including claims involving a Marathi actress and a newcomer named Komal. Following the announcement of Roopa, she was asked by paparazzi about Govinda being seen alongside Komal during the film’s promotional activities.

Sunita Ahuja Reacts To Govinda & His Co-Star

When a paparazzo told her, “Govinda sir was spotted with Komal ma’am. They have started their film’s promotions,” Sunita responded with a pointed remark. “Have you heard the proverb where they say, ‘Vinash Kaale, Vipreet Buddhi’? He has lost his buddhi. This is why he does these things. We can’t tell anything.” The conversation then turned towards Govinda’s fans, with the paparazzi informing Sunita that some of them had begun referring to the veteran actor as “Cheater No. 1”, a play on his popular screen image as Hero No. 1. Sunita appeared to use the moment to hit back at those who had previously criticised her for speaking about her marital troubles. She said, “I want to question all Govinda fans who trolled me when I said he cheated on me. What do they have to tell me now? Don’t ask me anything anymore. I am not interested.”

Sunita Ahuja had previously addressed speculation about Govinda’s alleged affairs in an interview with MissMalini, where one particular name appeared to strike a nerve. When the interviewer mentioned that the woman’s name was Komal, Sunita immediately reacted, recalling her earlier suspicions. She said, “This name is a bit problematic. I hate the name Komal. There’s one Komal, XYZ, whoever it is. I hate her.” The comments have resurfaced after Govinda introduced Komal Rani Swarnkar to the media in July as his co-star in the upcoming film  . Since then, the two have made several public appearances together while promoting the project. Their joint appearances have prompted sections of social media to revisit Sunita’s old interview, with users drawing parallels between her earlier reference to a woman named Komal and Govinda’s latest professional association with Komal Rani Swarnkar.
