New Delhi. Delhi High Court will order removal of objectionable online content against film actress Janhvi Kapoor. Anup Jairam Bhambhani’s bench gave this order while hearing Janhvi Kapoor’s petition on Tuesday. The court will upload the order in this regard.

During the hearing, the lawyer appearing for Jhanvi said that she has worked in Hindi and Telugu films. He said that there is some porn content, there are many such fake accounts running in his name on social media through which earnings are being made. They need to be removed.

The court said that as far as porn content is concerned it has to be stopped. The number of fake accounts being talked about is around 1900, like fan pages etc. Can this be banned? Don’t you want fans in the digital age? Fan pages can be false, they can also contain porn content. If it is commercial exploitation then it is fine but not all fans pages can be removed.
