Ayodhya, 11 July. Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has taken a big decision regarding the religious arrangements of Ram temple. The Trust has appointed Acharya Indradev Mishra, Principal of Ram Ved Vidyalaya, Karsevakapuram, as the head of the arrangements of the Ram temple till December 2026. Acharya Indradev Mishra will handle the arrangements for the daily puja, yagya and other Vedic rituals to be held in the temple. Apart from this, he will also be responsible for the arrangements to various festivals and programs organized in the temple as per the instructions of the religious committee.

Will work as assistant to Narpat Dukia

The Trust has clarified that the responsibility of the overall operation and management of the temple has already been handed over to Narpat Dukiya. In such a situation, Acharya Indradev Mishra will work as his assistant in the arrangements of the temple. In the letter issued by Krishna Mohan, interim general secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra, it has been said that Acharya Indradev Mishra has been working dedicatedly in the service of Ved Narayan for a long time. He has also played an important role in the smooth and hassle-free arrangement of Vedic rituals of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra.

Responsibility given in view of erudition and efficiency

In view of the scholarship, ability and efficiency of Acharya Indradev Mishra, the Trust has entrusted him with the responsibility of the head of the system till December 2026. His responsibilities include arranging for the daily pujas, yagyas and other Vedic rituals performed in the temple along with ensuring the successful conduct of festivals and events organized under the direction of the religious committee.

School work should not be affected, hence will handle the responsibilities at a different time

Acharya Indradev Mishra is currently also handling the responsibility of the Principal of Ram Ved Vidyalaya. In view of this, the Trust has made it clear that it will perform the additional responsibility of the temple in addition to the regular working hours of the school. The purpose of this arrangement is to ensure that the regular academic and administrative activities of Ram Ved Vidyalaya are not affected.

The system of religious rituals will get a new form

This decision of the Trust is being considered an important step towards making the arrangements for daily religious rituals, Vedic programs and various festivals in the Ram Temple more organized and smooth. The responsibility of Acharya Indradev Mishra will mainly focus on the religious rituals of the temple and the arrangements to them.
