India has rejected China's objection to releasing the official names of 27 places and geographical areas of Arunachal Pradesh. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) clearly said on Tuesday that Arunachal Pradesh is an integral and unbreakable part of India. The ministry said that no statement or claim can change this truth.

When asked about China's statement on Arunachal Pradesh, External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said, 'Arunachal Pradesh is an integral and unbreakable part of India. This is a truth which is self-evident. At the same time, I also want to make it clear that no one can change this indisputable truth.

27 official names recorded on the map

India on Friday released the official names of 27 places and geographical areas located along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Arunachal Pradesh. According to officials, India's move is a response to China's efforts to change the names of many areas of Arunachal Pradesh. The border village Longju is also included in these 27 places. According to officials, China has controlled the village since 1959, while India considers it within its territory. The purpose of including these places in the official map is to clarify India's sovereignty and legal claim over the respective areas.

China had called India's action illegal and invalid

China's Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun had criticized India's move on Monday. He said that China does not recognize Arunachal Pradesh created by India. China claimed that it was illegal and invalid for India to replace the names used by China with new official names. Let us tell you that China calls Arunachal Pradesh as Zangnan and claims this area as its own. India has been rejecting this claim of China in the past also.
