Sonu Nigam was seen in its latest episode.
Sonu Nigam is considered one of India's most versatile and favorite playback singers. He has given many iconic songs in the last several decades. Reminiscing about his days before achieving stardom, he opened up about his father's strict discipline in the podcast. He said, “My father is a very strict and very knowledgeable person. When I came here in 1991, there were no reality shows. I and my father used to go to Delhi to earn some money and then come back to Bombay. We used to live here and go back to Delhi after the money ran out in 2-3 months. He used to say, 'You will not do shows in Bombay! You look good, sing well, you will definitely get a girlfriend. You will get trapped in an affair with a famous singer or dancer. You will make friends with the musician and your co-singers and settle down here.'”
He further said, “If you stay in Delhi, you will remain focused with me. You should have no other work in Bombay except looking for opportunities. I was a good child, so I listened to him. I respected him as a person and did not go against him.”
