The Yonex-Sunrise All J&K Senior & Junior Ranking cum Selection Badminton tournament concluded today at the Police Lines Badminton Hall, Jammu.
The mega event was organized by the Badminton Association of J&K in collaboration with the J&K Sports Council.
DSO Jammu Bashir Ahmed Bakshi and CSO Monish Kumar attended the closing ceremony as chief guests, distributing prizes to the winners and runners-up. Key sports administrators present included BAJK Chairman Dr OD Sharma, General Secretary Raju Sharma, Treasurer Dushyant Sharma and Hall In-charge Sukhdev Singh.
Matches were supervised by chief referee Rahul Sharma. Based on tournament performances, the official J&K UT squads were selected to represent the region at the North Zone Interstate Badminton Championships in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, from September 2 to 6.
