In 2022, Georgina gave birth to daughter Bella Esmeralda. Twins were expected in the same pregnancy, but their son Angel died after birth.

Ronaldo already has three children and Georgina has been an important part of his family. Thus, at the time of marriage, there were five living children in both their families. According to reports, both of them got married in the presence of these children.
