SPS Global Realtors, a property consultancy operating out of both Dubai and India, has appointed veteran film and television actor Sudesh Berry as the official brand ambassador of its group.

Business News: SPS Global Realtors, a property consultancy operating in India and Dubai, has appointed actor Sudesh Berry as its official brand ambassador. The company's founder and CEO Pankaj Ashri made this announcement during a podcast conversation with the actor. A formal agreement (MoU) has also been signed between the two parties regarding this partnership.

According to the company, this partnership with Sudesh Berry will not be limited to brand promotion only. He will be seen representing the company at property shows, roadshows and other marketing activities in India and abroad.

Why was Sudesh Berry chosen?

According to Pankaj Ashri, Founder of SPS Global Realtors, in real estate business, the customer does not just buy the property or floor plan, but trusts the person and the company which is giving him the investment option. He described Sudesh Berry as the perfect face for the brand due to his trusted identity with the audience over a long period of time. Berry has been active in the film and television industry since the late 1980s and is known for many popular roles.

The actor also said on this partnership that he likes to associate his name with only those brands whose services and way of working he trusts. He says that during his long career, he has rejected many offers because he considers it necessary to stand behind any project before attaching his name to it.

Created identity with projects like 'Border' and 'Mahabharata'

Sudesh Berry has worked in both films and television in a career spanning over three decades. He was known as 'Border', 'Ghayal' and B.R. Chopra is known for his roles in projects like 'Mahabharata'. According to SPS Global Realtors, many of the company's clients come from families in Delhi-NCR, Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh, as well as NRI families living in South-East Asia. The company believes that Sudesh Berry's face is quite familiar in these regions, which can help in creating an emotional connect with the brand.

Business expansion in three countries

SPS Global Realtors is currently operating its business from Dubai, Gurugram and Kuala Lumpur. The company's Dubai office was launched in 2021, while the India office in Gurugram's Udyog Vihar was set up following customer demand. The company started its third office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia about two months ago. Apart from Malaysia, this office will also focus on the markets of Singapore and China.

The company's future expansion plans include expanding its reach into South India beyond Chandigarh. Apart from this, SPS Global Realtors is also preparing to launch its farmhouse and resort projects in India.

Working with big developers of Dubai

According to the company, SPS Global Realtors works with many of Dubai's leading real estate developers. These include names like Emaar, Danube, Samana, Sobha, Azizi, Nakheel and Binghatti. According to Pankaj Ashri, after opening the Dubai office in 2021, the company has so far sold property inventory worth more than ₹1,200 crore.

The company follows the model of taking inventory directly from developers and delivering it to customers. The company claims that brokerage fees are not charged directly to buyers and its commission comes from the developer.

Preparation for International Property Show

SPS Global Realtors is also preparing to organize international property shows as part of its expansion. According to the company, there are plans to bring developers from Dubai, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, China and India on one platform in these events. In the last one year, the company has organized property shows in Gurugram, Kota and Jaipur. Now there are preparations to expand these activities internationally and Sudesh Berry can be seen as the brand ambassador of the company in these events.
