Ghaziabad, Greater Noida and Jewar airports will be connected to Namo Bharat and Metro; Trains will run at a speed of 180 KM/H
Tezzbuzz Desk- A big step is being taken towards connecting Noida International Airport, Jewar with Delhi-NCR. NCRTC has prepared a detailed plan of the proposed Namo Bharat Rapid Rail Corridor between Ghaziabad and Jewar Airport. This 72.44 km long corridor will ease connectivity between Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Noida and Jewar Airport.
The proposed corridor will start from Ghaziabad station of Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut Namo Bharat Corridor and reach directly to Noida International Airport in Jewar. Local metro services will also be operated along with Namo Bharat on this entire route.
According to the plan of NCRTC, the total length of this corridor to be built from Ghaziabad to Jewar Airport will be 72.44 kilometers. In this, about 71.5 km section will be elevated, while about 1.29 km section will be made underground.
total on this route 29 stations are proposed. in these 11 Namo Bharat Station And 18 local metro stations Will be included. This means that passengers will get the facility of high speed metro for long distance travel in Namo Bharat and surrounding areas.

The proposed NaMo Bharat corridor includes Ghaziabad (South), Greater Noida Sector-2, Greater Noida Sector-3, Greater Noida Sector-12, Surajpur, Alpha-1, Ecotech-6, Dankaur, Yida North (Sector-18), Yida Central (Sector-21) and Noida International Airport station.
Under the local metro network, Siddharth Vihar, Greater Noida Sector-16C, Ecotech-12, Greater Noida West Sector-4, Greater Noida Sector-10, Knowledge Park-5, Police Lines Surajpur, Ecotech-2, Knowledge Park-3, Omega-2, Phi-3, Ecotech-1E, Ecotech-8, Dadupur, Junaidpur, Yida Sector-17, Yida Sector-15 and Yida Sector-33 stations are proposed.

Maximum operating speed of Namo Bharat train on this corridor 180 kilometers per hour Is proposed. According to the plan, the journey from Ghaziabad to Jewar Airport will be approximately 40 to 50 minutes Can be completed in.
However, currently the project is at the Detailed Project Report (DPR) stage. Final approval and other processes regarding routes, stations and technical aspects are still pending.
Namo Bharat Corridor will extend till Behror
Work has also progressed on another proposal to strengthen the connectivity of Delhi-NCR. The proposed NaMo Bharat Corridor from Sarai Kale Khan to Gurugram and Bawal is now planned to be extended to Behror in Rajasthan.
