PM Modi Calls Harsimrat Kaur, Enquires About Badal’s Health After Nanded Attack

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday spoke to Shiromani Akali Dal chief Sukhbir Singh Badal’s wife, Harsimrat Kaur Badal, over the phone and enquired about his health following the attack in Maharashtra’s Nanded, sources said.
Badal was injured in the arm after he was allegedly attacked with a kirpan at a gurdwara in Nanded earlier today. He was subsequently taken to hospital for treatment.
