Ranchi. Ranchi Police has intensified action after the clash between students and police during the siege of Jharkhand Assembly. The police have named around 100 people involved in the protest and registered an FIR against 500 unidentified protesters. At the same time, the police is now busy identifying other protesters through video footage, CCTV and photographs available on social media.

There was uproar during the assembly siege-
It was told that tension had increased between the protesters and the police during the assembly siege. A situation of scuffle and clash arose between the two sides. After the incident, the police started investigating the matter.

According to the police, many allegations have been made in the FIR including obstructing government work, pushing and shoving policemen and creating nuisance. Apart from the named accused, 500 unknown people have also been included in the case.

The accused will be identified through video and CCTV-
Police are investigating the videos made during the protest, CCTV footage and pictures surfaced on social media. Officials say that if other accused are identified on the basis of evidence, their names can also be added to the case.

At the same time, student organizations have raised questions on the police action. The students allege that they were protesting peacefully and democratically regarding their demands, but the police used force on them. On the other hand, the police say that necessary action was taken to maintain law and order.

ABVP announces demonstration across the country-
Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) has announced a nationwide agitation regarding the matter. The organization has said that demonstrations will be held in more than 1,200 universities and all the districts of the country regarding the issue of students of Jharkhand.

ABVP has demanded a CBI inquiry into alleged irregularities in recruitment examinations in Jharkhand.

ABVP's sharp attack on Hemant Soren government-
ABVP leaders also targeted the Jharkhand government. The general secretary of the organization alleged that if the government does not order a CBI inquiry, it will raise many questions. Accusing Chief Minister Hemant Soren of adopting a dictatorial attitude, he said that the government is trying to suppress democratic voices.

At present, the FIR registered after the assembly siege and the announcement of ABVP's nationwide movement are indicating further intensification of the student movement and political conflict in Jharkhand.
