However, people did not react to the trailer as the makers would have expected. Despite this, the makers are quite confident about their film. It is to be released not only in India but on a large scale worldwide. Now it has been learned that producer Namit Malhoksha will release this film in China also. Information about the name with which the film will be released in China has also been revealed.

The makers of 'Ramayana' are already claiming that they will give the biggest release to this film. This means that this will be the film to be released on the maximum number of screens worldwide. Besides, it is also being planned to be released on a large scale in China. 'Ramayana: Part 1' will be released in China as 'The Legend of Prince'. Sony Pictures will release the film in China.

It has already been known that the makers will release 'Ramayana: Part 1' in overseas theaters before India. 'Ramayana: Part 1' will be released outside the country on 6 November 2026, while at the domestic box office the film will be released after two days i.e. on 8 November.

Ranbir Kapoor is playing the role of Lord Ram in Ramayana. Apart from them, South actress Sai Pallavi will be seen in the role of Sita, South actor Yash will be seen in the role of Ravana and TV actor Ravi Dubey will be seen in the role of Lakshman in the film. Actor Sunny Deol is playing the role of Hanuman in the film. Apart from these, many actors like Lara Dutta, Rakulpreet Singh, Vivek Oberoi and Arun Govil will also be seen in different roles. The film has been directed by Nitesh Tiwari.

Why is China important for 'Ramayana'?

The budget of both the parts of Ramayana is said to be around Rs 4 thousand crores. In such a situation, it is very important that the film performs well at the box office. China is a big market for Indian films. There are lakhs of cinema halls there. Aamir Khan's 'Dangal' had earned more than Rs 1300 crore in China. Aamir's 'Secret Superstar' also did a business of around Rs 760 crore there. Apart from these, Salman Khan's 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' also did a business of around Rs 300 crore in China. It is clear from this that if Ramayana gains momentum in China, then no one will be able to stop this film.
