Chamoli (Uttarakhand), 13 August. A tragic accident occurred in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand on Thursday evening, when 28 laborers were trapped due to a massive landslide during welding of rebars in the TRT (Tail Race Tunnel) of the Vishnugad-Pipalkoti Hydroelectric Project under construction on the Alaknanda River.
