South superstar Yash is in the news these days about his upcoming film ‘Toxic’. The film’s trailer, songs and cast glimpse have created a craze among the audience. Kiara and Yash’s intense chemistry in the film is also being liked. However, when Kiara was pregnant during the shooting of Toxic, Tapa Yash and the makers were quite worried.

Recently, during the audio launch event of Toxic, Yash shared his experience of working with his co-star Kiara Advani. Yash jokingly said that on the sets, he and director Geetu Mohandas were so worried about Kiara’s safety that her condition became like that of a bouncer or bodyguard.

Kiara’s professionalism impressed Yash
Yash praised Kiara a lot during the audio launch of the film in Mumbai. He said- “I think he is a very professional actor. When she came to this film, I was a little worried because this role was quite difficult. When we spoke for the first time, he asked, ‘Have you ever done rain scenes etc?’ I said, ‘Never, but that would be nice and easy.’ Then I saw them.”

Showed full commitment for shooting despite pregnancy
Yash told that even during pregnancy, Kiara worked hard for the film. He said-“…The way she dedicated herself—and I must say, despite being pregnant—she worked with full commitment. I was more worried, Geetu was more worried. We were like bouncers or bodyguards on the set; we looked after her, but she really dedicated herself completely. Thank you, Kiara; it’s very special.”

Kiara will be seen in the role of ‘Nadia’
Kiara Advani is playing a character named Nadia in the film. Earlier during the trailer launch, the actress had talked about her role.

Kiara had told that directors Geetu Mohandas and Yash saw the potential in her, which she herself had not fully realized till that time. According to him, both of them gave him the confidence to play a character that required him to go beyond his acting limitations.

About ‘Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups’
‘Toxic’ is a gangster drama film directed by Geetu Mohandas. In this, Yash is in a double role and along with him Kiara, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasant, Tara Sutaria and Nayanthara will be seen in important roles. This marks Yash’s return to the big screen after the 2022 hit film ‘KGF Chapter 2’. The story of the film is mainly based on the difficult relationship between father and son.
