Located on Phu Quoc’s western coast, InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort offers more than 2,000 square meters of event space for conferences, executive meetings, incentive programs, and corporate events.
The Magnolia Ballroom can accommodate up to 500 guests and host plenary sessions, product launches, and gala dinners. Smaller meeting and breakout rooms are available for executive discussions, while landscaped lawns and beachfront areas can be used for receptions and outdoor activities.
The range of spaces allows event planners to adapt venues to different activities throughout the day.

The resort also combines accommodation, meetings, dining, wellness, and leisure within one destination. For example, a morning meeting can be followed by lunch, an afternoon activity, dinner at Lava, or sunset cocktails at Ink 360 overlooking the Gulf of Thailand.
For multi-day events, the combination of formal and informal settings can provide opportunities for delegates to interact outside scheduled sessions.

As business travel becomes more experience-led, delegates are also looking for greater flexibility to combine formal programs with leisure, wellness and time to experience the destination. Delegates can move from business sessions to dining, outdoor activities, wellness programs, or time by the sea without leaving the resort.
Those extending their stay can use the resort as a base for exploring Phu Quoc and its attractions.

Dining is another component of the MICE offering. Sora & Umi provides settings for working lunches, while Lava offers evening dining beneath its bamboo structure. Ink 360 offers rooftop cocktails and private receptions overlooking the island.
Coffee breaks and catering can include locally inspired flavors, seasonal ingredients, and plant-based options.

Wellness activities can also be incorporated into meeting schedules, giving delegates opportunities to recharge between sessions.
The resort also follows IHG’s Meeting for Good approach, which includes effort to reduce waste and single-use items while offering locally sourced and plant-based menu options where appropriate.
These practices form part of the resort’s broader responsible hospitality efforts, which have been recognized with the Responsible Hospitality Verified distinction by Forbes Travel Guide.
With APEC 2027 expected to increase international attention on Phu Quoc, the island is also gaining greater relevance as a destination for business travel and corporate events.”
InterContinental Phu Quoc’s MICE offering combines meeting facilities with accommodation, dining, wellness, and leisure activities, providing event planners with options to organize business programs alongside experiences associated with the island.
