The court also questioned whether any person or channel spreading such false and defamatory news should be considered a violation of intellectual property rights. If so, under which IP rights? The court also emphasized that every child has equal rights.

The court stated that misleading health- videos cannot be tolerated. The case will now be heard in September. It is worth noting that on April 20, 2023, the court ordered the removal of fake videos to Aaradhya Bachchan’s health from YouTube.

A court case was filed regarding fake videos posted on YouTube channels involving the Bachchan family, which shared false news that Aaradhya Bachchan was seriously ill and hospitalized.
