JSW-MG Motor India has released the teaser of its new Hector Hawk three-row SUV. The company is all set to launch it in India on August 26, 2026. Pictures of the exterior and interior of the SUV have also been revealed. It has also been confirmed that the Hector Hawk is based on the Wuling Starlight 560 sold in China. The special thing is that the booking of the vehicle has started; If you are thinking of buying this new SUV, then you can pre-book it by paying a token amount of ₹ 21,000.

**New design SUV**

The teaser shows a very modern and premium design of Hector Hawk. Its front has a split DRL setup, black grille with chrome insert and MG logo in the middle. It also has LED headlamps and a newly designed bonnet. The SUV gets contrast-coloured skid plates, large dual-tone alloy wheels and body-coloured ORVMs. At the rear, it gets wrap-around LED tail lamps, integrated spoiler and rear wiper with washer.

**Beige themed premium cabin**

The interior pictures of Hector Hawk reveal a beige color theme. It has adjustable headrests in all three rows. Furthermore, it has a 2-spoke multifunction steering wheel, large free-standing touchscreen and a fully digital color instrument cluster. The center console has cup holders, armrest and extra storage space. This clearly shows that the company has designed this SUV keeping in mind the needs of large families.

**EV first, PHEV later**

Hector Hawk is the first production model built on MG's new ADAPT platform. It is expected that its EV version will be launched first in India. The global model has a 56.7 kWh battery pack and gives a range of about 530 km. Later, the company may also bring a PHEV (plug-in hybrid) version. The PHEV model is expected to be powered by a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine along with a 20.5 kWh battery and electric motor. This setup can give power of about 194 bhp and torque of 230 Nm.

JSW's second SUV, the Jetour T2, is also awaited in India. It is a premium SUV with a length of approximately 4.78 meters and a wheelbase of approximately 2.7 meters. Its design is boxy and sturdy. It is expected to be launched in India with both PHEV and petrol engine options. The petrol model can get a 2.0-litre GDi turbo-petrol engine and AWD system. Its estimated price can be between ₹ 30 lakh to ₹ 45 lakh. However, official information about the price and other features will be given at the time of launch only.
