New Delhi . Sanjay Dutt's recent film Aakhri Sawaal has now been released on OTT. This political thriller, which hit the theaters in May, did not get the expected success at the box office. In such a situation, for those viewers who did not see the film in the theatre, now the option of watching it at home is available.

The film Aakhri Sawaal is streaming on the OTT platform from August 13. The digital premiere of the film took place about three months after its theatrical release. The story of the film is woven around questions to political and social topics.

The story of the last question is based on a conversation between a professor and his student. Sanjay Dutt is playing the role of Professor Gopal Nadkarni in the film. Whereas Namashi Chakraborty has played the character of a student named Vicky Hegde.

In the story, during his research, Vicky raises questions on the history of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and various aspects to it. He poses five important questions to his professor. After this, through these questions and their answers, ideas, history and different viewpoints are brought to the fore in the film.

The main attraction of the film is Sanjay Dutt's character. He plays the role of a professor who tries to answer his student's questions based on logic and his own perspective. The discussion between the student and the teacher becomes the main means of taking the story of the film forward.

Apart from Sanjay Dutt and Namashi Chakraborty, Neetu Chandra, Aayushi Chaturvedi, Tridha Choudhary and Archana Arya are also in important roles in the last question. The film is directed by Abhijeet Warang. The responsibility of music has been handled by Monty Sharma, while the lyrics have been written by poet Kumar Vishwas.

The film was released in theaters on 15 May. However, its performance at the box office was weak. The film made a net collection of around Rs 2.94 crore in India, while its gross collection stood at around Rs 3.04 crore.
