Commercial Vehicle: Mahindra Truck & Bus on Thursday introduced its new BLAZO i-TRK range of heavy commercial vehicles. The company claims that this range will guarantee 10 percent more mileage and 48 hours of uptime, along with which a daily assurance of Rs 10,000 is also available. According to Mahindra Truck and Bus, this new range is based on the company’s Profit ka Rocket.

Engines and Technology
BLAZO i-TRK has Mahindra’s next generation 320hp mPOWER engine and iMAXX 2.0 connected vehicle platform. The company says that the objective is to increase fuel efficiency, productivity and uptime. According to the company, the 48-hour uptime guarantee is a first in the industry along with an assurance of Rs 10,000 per day as part of its terms and conditions.

Mahindra says, this new range combines engineering, connected technology and a trustworthy ownership experience to help customers increase their earnings and take control of their operations.

This launch is a new effort of Mahindra Truck and Sons in the heavy commercial vehicle segment in which the company has introduced BLAZO i-TRK on the basis of better mileage and uptime. The company says the range has been designed to support efficient and freight movement in India.

Profir ka Rocket focuses on three things – Earn More, Run More and Control More. The company has linked this offer to better mileage, better uptime and more control over the operation of the truck.

After introducing the truck range, the Mahindra brand is also preparing to unveil the production model of the previously shown Mahindra Global Pickup Concept. Its test mule has been undergoing testing for a long time and has been seen many times.

This time Mahindra has released the teaser of a pick-up truck that will compete with Toyota Hilux. Despite being based on Scorpio N, its design looks more powerful than this. Furthermore, the interior features a straight and strong looking dashboard layout. The touchscreen found in this pick-up truck may be larger than that of its SUV version.
