But now, there are reports that after the end of the Sri Lanka Test series, there will be a big meeting of BCCI, in which the decision on Agarkar's future will be taken. There were differences between the selectors and top BCCI officials regarding the future of Rohit Sharma. When the selectors were considering the change, Board Secretary Devjit Saikia had clearly said that Rohit will continue playing as long as he is in the scheme. The selectors did not like this.
